I can't get the Tabbed Content to work.

I put this in the header:
{TabContent}{TabContent:TabNames}Categories{/TabContent:TabNames}{TabContent:TabColor}yellow{/TabContent:TabColor}

And this in the footer:

{AddLink}Add{/AddLink}{/TabContent}

I repeated this for two other modules on the page, giving each a different value for {TabContent:TabNames}. All that happens is a black outline is drawn around the inside of each module and they do not appear in tabbed content in one module. The three modules remain separate, just have the black line around the content inside each one. Is the {ContentTab} tag from the manual supposed to be used somewhere?

Also, I have to type all this in manually. If I click on the Effects tab in the module settings and click Tabbed Content, the page refreshes and nothing happens.

Also, in Module Builder, in Module Options Include Effects the checkbox for Tabbed/Slider content is disabled. Meaning I can't check that box. I can check the other three, Paged Content, Scrolling Content, and Pop-ups. So, maybe there is something wrong with the Module Builder 4.5.12 that is making all these options just not work?

I couldn't get {Application} to work either. It appeared to work in that it came up with an empty display in the second module, but clicking on the Select Link didn't display any records, in fact none of the select links displayed any records even though there are definitely matching records.

I did both of these Tabbed Content and Application separately, they were not used together. I followed what instructions I could find for both, so I'm at a loss again as to what I'm doing wrong. It wasn't clear on Application if the module reference id was supposed to be the name of the field that is part of the link or if that is to have its own unique name. I tried it with its own unique name. Also, is the same name to be used for both modules? Or does each module have its own unique reference id?

{TabContent} does not work across modules, it works per module instance.

{Application} causes a request variable from one module to be passed by another module's control links, such as {addlink}. So if I have one module that selects a record, and it uses the Application Variable "PID", I can use {Application}PID{/Application} to force the PID variable to be passed in the 2nd module's {Addlink}, thus being able to create relationships by storing the PID in a second module.
